booking policy
we require a card on file to book your appointment. at this time, there is no deposit required at the time of booking. you will receive a confirmation email.

cancellation policy
if you miss or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time your card on file will be charged for the service missed or canceled.
In the case of rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment time a fee of $15.00 will be charged to the card on file.

children's services

WE REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING:
CLIENTS MUST BE ABLE TO CLEARLY COMMUNICATE FOR THEMSELVES WHAT SERVICES ARE REQUESTED
BE ABLE TO SIT FOR THE DURATION OF THE SERVICE WITHOUT ASSISTANCE
PARENTS/GUARDIANS WILL BE ASKED TO REMAIN IN OUR CLIENT LOUNGE FOR THE DURATION OF THE SERVICE

group services
yes we do offer services side by side and in small groups.
for pedicures we have two rooms, both seating two at a time. One room is a bit more secluded, while the other is in our main salon area.
we have 6 manicure stations available in our salon.

salon amenities and parking
our salon offers beverage service including: tea, coffee, water, and assorted soft drinks. we also have wine and hard seltzer available for our 21+ clients.
the Sellwood neighborhood is small and primarily residential. There is quite a bit of street parking available in the surrounding blocks to the salon. There is one Handicap accessible space located directly in front of the salon front door.

as independent technicians we use a variety of products throughout the salon.
the purple door has a high standard for product performance with emphasis on keeping the health and integrity of the natural nail. we keep up with current health and science advancements and we are committed to giving our clients the high quality experience they deserve.
